    Catch the Wave
    CE Conference for Pharmacists, pharmacy students, and pharmacy technicians in all practice settings, including hospital and community pharmacy, homecare, ambulatory care and clinical environments, managed care organizations, academia, industry, and pharmaceutical benefit providers.

    Active Pharmacist - Member / Non-Member

    Early Bird (Ends October 10) - $175 / $275

    Late Registration (Ends October 29) - $195 / $295

    On-Site Registration - $220 / $320


    Associate (NO CE) - Member / Non-Member

    Early Bird (Ends October 10) - $95 / $200

    Late Registration (Ends October 29) - $125 / $225

    On-Site Registration - $145 / $250


    Pharmacy Tech, Resident, Student, or Retiree - Member / Non-Member

    Early Bird (Ends October 10) - $50 / $150

    Note: Non-member tickets include 1 year of CSHP membership.


    Programming & CE

    • 5 credits of CE are available during Catch-the-Wave. Subject to change based on final agenda.
    • Please see here for information on obtaining your CE credits. 


        Hotel Block

        • A small number of rooms are available at a discounted rate of $209 + tax for a standard single room the nights of Tuesday November 11th, and Wednesday, November 12th at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bristol, directly next to the Bristol Event Center.  
        • Reservations can be made by calling 1(860)589-7766 and referencing group code CTP, or online at https://group.doubletree.com/lplt9g 
        • Discounted rate ends Sunday, October 12th.

        Cancellations & Refunds

        • Written cancellation requests received by October 29, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after this date will receive no refund.
        • Please submit any attendee name substitutions before October 29 to ensure proper registration credentials are prepared.

        Exhibit Time

        • There will be two breaks (30 minutes - 1 hour each) for attendees to visit exhibitor tables during the day. Exact times will be announced once our schedule is finalized. 
        • At the end of the conference there will be a 1 hour reception in the room where exhibitors are. This is a chance to connect with attendees in a more casual environment.
