  • 5 credits of CE are available during Catch-the-Wave. Subject to change based on final agenda.

  • A small number of rooms are available at a discounted rate of $209 + tax for a standard single room the nights of Tuesday November 11th, and Wednesday, November 12th at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bristol, directly next to the Bristol Event Center.

  Cancellations & Refunds

  • Written cancellation requests received by October 29, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after this date will receive no refund.

  Exhibit Time

  • There will be two breaks (30 minutes - 1 hour each) for attendees to visit exhibitor tables during the day. Exact times will be announced once our schedule is finalized. 
  • At the end of the conference there will be a 1 hour reception in the room where exhibitors are. This is a chance to connect with attendees in a more casual environment.
