This yearlong program, designed for emerging or experienced leaders, features seven online courses taught by pharmacy leaders. Participants will develop leadership skills to address healthcare challenges and make organization-wide changes. Graduates of this highly respected program receive the designation of Diplomate, Pharmacy Leadership Academy (DPLA) to recognize this achievement in leadership. The Academy is also recognized by colleges and universities that allow participants to earn graduate credits towards a master's degree.  >>>
